Nothing crazy happened in this session. Only thing I’d note is I felt a random urge to start doing more squats. We’ll see how long that lasts! I am notorious for skipping leg day (to my detriment).

I’m going top-roping for the first time this year on Wednesday. I mostly top-roped and sport climbed in 2016 until I moved closer to First Ascent Uptown. Out of convenience, I started predominantly bouldering at FA Uptown ever since so only went to FA Avondale 13 times in 2017. It’ll be interesting to see what I’m able to do on the longer routes.
